Personalized check-in

Personalized check-in is available from 3 PM to 6 PM. After 6 PM and until midnight, basic check-in is handled by our security team.

Check-out

Check-out is at 12 PM (noon). Late departures of more than 30 minutes are not permitted. Leave your room key inside the room when departing; our team will then verify your departure.

Promotional rates

Promotional rates are non-refundable.

Standard and refundable rates

You may cancel free of charge up to 25 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 25 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No-show

If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Early departure

If you check in at the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the remaining unused nights of your reservation.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. If payment cannot be processed, your reservation may be cancelled.

Security deposit

An additional security deposit equivalent to one night's stay or 30% of the total reservation will be requested on your credit card at check-in.

Accepted payment methods

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and cash.

Currency

All prices are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Taxes

The final price shown at the time of booking includes all taxes. Your booking confirmation will include a breakdown of the room rate and taxes.

Service charge

No service charge applies.

Age policy

We welcome guests over the age of 13.

Room occupancy

Standard and Standard Plus rooms accommodate two adults. Luxe rooms accommodate three adults using the existing sofa bed.

Additional beds

Extra beds are not available.

Additional guest charge

An additional guest is charged USD 100 (MXN 1,900) per night.

Pets

Due to the logistics of our facilities, pets are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property in accordance with local regulations. A cleaning charge of USD 278 (MXN 5,000) will apply if smoking is detected in your room.

Valuables

Each room at Jardín Prim Guest Rooms has an individual safe. We recommend using it to store your valuables. Jardín Prim Guest Rooms is not responsible for the loss or theft of belongings that have not been stored in the safe.

Breakfast

Breakfast is not included in your stay. From Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 12 PM, you may visit La Coope and enjoy a special discount on breakfast.

Internet

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Housekeeping

Routine housekeeping begins at 10:30 AM.

Towels

Towels are changed every third day.

Laundry

Laundry service is available at an additional charge, payable in cash. Please request this service in advance, as items are returned three days after the request.

Changes and cancellations

To modify or cancel your reservation, contact us at least 14 days before arrival and provide your confirmation number.

Late cancellations

If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the full amount for the cancelled nights will be charged.

Guaranteed reservations

Full payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your stay. If payment is not received, your reservation remains subject to availability.

No-show

If you do not arrive on your check-in date during the check-in window of 3 PM to midnight, your payment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
