Every Monday, the Listening Room opens its doors for an immersive listening experience. Vinyl from our curated selection and collaborative sound experiments are amplified through a multichannel audio system designed to envelop the room and transform the way we listen. Día de Muertos Altar
A living tribute to one of Mexico’s most deeply rooted traditions. Each year, the Altar de Proyectos Públicos takes inspiration from a different region of the country, unfolding over four days through a cultural, artistic and gastronomic program. A celebration that changes each year, finding new ways to bring us closer to memory. During those days, the house becomes a gathering place for tradition, creativity and community.

More than 50 creatives have their workspaces within Jardín Prim — artists, editors, architects and designers who form part of an active community. As a guest, you can join their internal program of workshops, film clubs and other gatherings. It’s not just about being close to the community, but stepping into its everyday rhythm for a while.

Urban Garden
Proyectos Públicos urban garden is one of our environmental regeneration initiatives — a living project on the building’s rooftop, cared for by a community of volunteers. Fruits, vegetables and herbs are grown here and make their way into our kitchens. During your stay, you can join workshops and get a closer look at the space. Growing, learning and sharing are also part of what it means to spend time at Prim.

Our culinary offering at Jardín Prim unfolds through two distinct experiences: Taverna, ideal for intimate dinners, and La Coope, our community gathering place.
Taverna, a table with history
Inspired by the old taverns of Europe, Taverna is set among thick walls, stone surfaces, and an atmosphere that seems to slow the pace of the city. A restaurant with a character of its own, and part of what it means to stay at Jardín Prim — just downstairs from the guest rooms.
Wood-smoke cooking and an elegant plainness that lets each ingredient speak for itself, alongside a deep wine list and a bar worth arriving early for.
